The Board of Directors were appraised that extended SuCCESS® Farming Code outside India Draft Version 1.1 was drafted by the Association and was hosted for public consultation. The hosting period stands completed and accordingly, the Board of Directors were requested to pass a resolution to approve the aforesaid code.
The Directors considered the above on 21st February 2023 and passed the following resolution.
“RESOLVED THAT the approval of the Board of Directors of the Association be and is hereby given to the “Extended SuCCESS® Farming Code Outside of India Version 1.1” effective from 1st March 2023 and that any one of the Directors of the Association be and are hereby severally authorized to do all acts, deeds, things, matters etc. and further delegate/ authorize employee of the Association to do as may be required to give effect to the above resolution.”
